Once submitted, you will receive an automated email confirming we have received your form. We review and prioritise matters according to urgency, and will respond to you as soon as possible. Please do not submit repeated contact forms about the same issue, as this slows down our triaging process.
We are usually able to provide an initial response within 7-10 business days. Please note that we are not always able to assist enquiries with urgent deadlines. If you need urgent legal advice, we recommend contacting Victoria Legal Aid here.
We will usually contact you by email initially, so please ensure you provide an email address which you check regularly.
To help us respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible, please also ensure you attach all relevant documentation to your contact form and include the names of any other people involved in your dispute.

IMPORTANT: If your enquiry is about a renting matter, please attach a copy of your rental agreement to your contact form. If you do not have a copy of this document, please let us know in the description of your matter below.
